Job Description:
As a Financial Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating seamless interactions between our clients and our network of service providers. Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Client Liaison: Act as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their business needs and objectives.
• Service Matching: Identify and connect clients with suitable accountants and mortgage advisors within our network, ensuring optimal alignment of services.
• Advisory Services: Provide expert business advice tailored to the specific requirements of individuals and businesses, with a focus on business planning and incubation service.
• Quality Assurance: Monitor and evaluate the quality of services provided, ensuring client satisfaction and timely assistance.
• Community Engagement: Enhance our service offerings for the Chinese community by understanding cultural nuances and specific business needs.
• Administrative Support: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, service engagements, and feedback for continuous improvement.

Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in business consulting, accounting, advisory, or a related roles.

• Skills:
o Strong understanding of business advisory products and services, particularly in business intermediary and incubation services
o Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse client groups.
o Proficiency in both English and Mandarin Chinese is highly desirable.
o Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
o Ability to work independently and manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.
• Location: Must be able to work on-site at our office in Greenwich, London.
