Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring properties are managed efficiently, maintaining strong relationships with relevant stakeholders, and related administrative and operational matters.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of office spaces and property facilities

• Act as a liaison between different stakeholders such as agents, accountants, legal advisors when applicable

• Monitor property operations and ensure service arrangements are organised effectively

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

• Support events and business activities when applicable

 

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Property Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

• Experience in property management, facilities management, or a related advisory environment is preferred

• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Experience working with international clients or cross-cultural business environments is advantageous

• Fluency in English is required; Mandarin language skills would be beneficial.
